On top of our fireplace mantle sits an old-fashioned printing press draw. It was used to hold the metal type letters for the press.
Today we use it as a display for our collection of matchbooks. We collect them everywhere we go; restaurants, hotels, vacations. The matches span over ten years, from New Jersey to California. Presently displayed are west coast matches along with birthdays and anniversaries. It's a great memory box!
